Registration

Registration is made via the platform Eventbrite. The registration form can be found here .

Université Laval offers student accomodation on campus that can be booked for the event. If you need student accomodation, we invite you to contact them by phone at 418-656-5632 or by email at HEBERGEMENT@SRES.ULAVAL.CA. Make sure to precise that your student accomodation is related to the ISM Graduate Student Conference 2022. The different options for accomodation are the following:

Standard university room (shared bathroom), simple occupation : 44,75 $ + taxes/night;

Standard university room (shared bathroom), double occupation: 59,25 $ + taxes/night;

Superior university room (private bathroom) : 99 $ + taxes/night.

If you would like your travel and accommodation expenses to be reimbursed, please keep all of your detailed invoices, receipts and tickets. On the receipts, it should be indicated that you have paid. If you are driving to Quebec City, you should keep a gas receipt or a parking ticket from Quebec City. You should also indicate if other participants have carpooled with you.

It usually takes about 4 weeks for UQAM Financial Services to process an expense report and send out a cheque.
